इस Chapter के अंतरगत हमें वो चीजें पढ़ना है, जो हर एक कंप्यूटर Students के लिए बहुत जरुरी है
जैसे :- कंप्यूटर क्या हैं, कितने प्रकार के होते हैं, Mouse क्या हैं एवं इसके प्रकार, कंप्यूटर की इतिहास, कंप्यूटर की पीढ़ी, CPU क्या होता है, Keyboard क्या है, Monitor क्या है, इत्यादि |
कंप्यूटर के बारें में पूरी जानकारी हमलोग Fundamentals Chapter में ही प्राप्त करते हैं अर्थात कंप्यूटर के बारें Besic जानकारी प्राप्त करना ही Fundamentals कहलाता है |
इस Chapter से बहुत सारे Exam में सवाल किये जाते हैं | जिस भी Exam में कंप्यूटर से सम्बंधित सवाल किये जाते हैं वंहा पर Fundamentals से सम्बंधित बहुत सारे सवाल होते हैं | अगर आप Fundamentals को अच्छी तरह से पढ़ लेंगे तो आप इन सारे सवालों को असानी से Face कर सकते हैं |
In this chapter, we have to read the things that are necessary for every computer student such as what are the types of computers? What are the types of mouse, what is a keyboard, what is a monitor, what is a CPU, history of computers, generation of computers, etc.?
We get complete information about computers in the Fundamental chapter itself, that is, getting basic information about computers is called Fundamental. Many exams are questioned from this chapter. In the examination in which computer related questions are asked, there are many questions related to Fundamentals. If you will read Fundamentals well, then you can easily face all these questions.

कंप्यूटर बिजली से चलने वाली एक इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मशीन होता है, जो की इनपुट के रूप में डेटा को ग्रहण करता है और सॉफ्टवेयर या प्रोग्राम के अनुसार, उसे प्रोसेस करके हमें आउटपुट के रूप में प्रदर्शित अर्थात उसका Result दिखाता है |
Dear Students मैं अपको बता दूँ की “कंप्यूटर” शब्द की उत्पत्ति लैटिन भाषा के “computare” शब्द से हुइ है | आपको कहीं-कहीं ये भी देखने को मिलेगा की “कंप्यूटर” शब्द की उत्पत्ति “compute” से हुइ है, मगर घूमा-फिरा के दोनों का “हिंदी” मतलब “गणना करना” ही होता है |

अर्थात , जिसका उपयोग गणना, प्रक्रिया , अनुसंधान आदि कार्यों में किया जाता हो |

कंप्यूटर कठिन से कठिन सवालों का जवाब बिना किसी गलती के उसका परिणाम निकल देता है |

हम जितनी डाटा को चाहे उतनी डाटा को कंप्यूटर के अन्दर रख सकते हैं और अवश्यकता के अनुसार उसका प्रयोग भी कर सकते हैं |

कंप्यूटर में बहुत ज्यादा सिक्यूरिटी दिया जाता है, जिसके जरिये हम अपने कंप्यूटर में पासवर्ड लगाकर सभी दस्तावेजों को सुरक्षित रख सकते हैं |

Nowadays computers are also being used for security, so that anyone can be tracked and find out who is attacking what and where? Now this attack can be of any kind like: air attack, firing attack etc.
